I joined Stampin' Up! in December, 2006, and before my kit arrived, I had my first recruit join my team.

By the time I attended Convention in April, 2007, I had 7 people in my team. Since then my team has grown to over 40 people, with 16 in my first line at the moment.

I have a background in Journalism, and extensive Direct Sales experience, and now I am willing to share my experience with you. I am not supported in Head Office in any way..

The reason I am offering the training is because so many people join Stampin' Up! because they love stamping, not because they really want a business opportunity. They end up getting the three recruits they need for Stampin' Start and that is as far as it goes. The recruits start asking for training and support and the poor demonstrator has no idea what to do- she just wanted the free stamps!
